Being active during your pregnancy and after childbirth can work wonders for your physical and mental health – it’s all about finding what activities work for you!

That’s why This Mum Moves has developed a place for you to learn more about the benefits of an active pregnancy and continuing activity after childbirth, as well as ideas to help you move more.

This Mum Moves is an initiative aimed at supporting pregnant women and new mums to be active. It looks to do this in two key ways:

  1. Providing healthcare professionals with the tools and training to knowledgeably and confidently discuss physical activity with you

  2. Providing you with further information on the benefits of being active, and activities to try
