Advice - Royal College of Midwives

We've been carefully following the advice being published by trusted sources, and today we're sharing a link to the guidance given by The Royal College of Midwives.

They've just published this infographic, which explains their 'values' during the pandemic. They also have a dedicated Q&A page on their website:

One of the questions has clear relevance for us:

"How can I stay active/exercise while self isolating?"

Staying active during pregnancy is important for your physical and mental health. There are plenty of resources available online, including pregnancy yoga sessions and other exercise classes. Even under the current restrictions, you can still go out for walks in places that aren’t busy, as long as you stay two metres from others. Getting out in the fresh air can be really beneficial.
