Coach to Fitness - Prenatal

Couch to Fitness has brought together a team of specially qualified instructors, specialising in prenatal exercise, to deliver a 6-week online programme to support you to be active throughout your pregnancy.

The Bump Plan - Pregnancy

Follow prenatal fitness expert Hollie Grant as she goes through her own pregnancy journey with you. Each customised workout is structured with exercises designed for your current stage in pregnancy, helping you feel confident while building a strong and powerful body that’s ready to take pregnancy in its stride.

Neuro Natal Pilates

Small, virtual exercise classes where Chartered Neuro Physiotherapist, Rebecca Mullin, groups together mothers-to-be with similar challenges for safe, adapted, ante-natal pilates.

Postnatal

Couch to Fitness We’ve brought together a team of specially qualified instructors, specialising in postnatal exercise, to deliver a 6-week online programme to support you to build up your activity levels after giving birth.

The Bump Plan - Postnatal

The Bump Plan postnatal workouts are physio approved and tailored to fit you whether you had a long labour, an episiotomy, vaginal birth or even a caesarean. It’s made for you. Just drop in and start exercising again with workouts that respond in real-time to you, so you can get back to smashing your goals at a pace that works for you.
