Terms & Conditions

To enter the ‘Twelve Days of Christmas’ competition, you must sign up to the Active Pregnancy Foundation (APF) quarterly newsletter and select the prizes you want to be entered for – you can select as many prizes as you like.

 

Competition Rules:

​

  1. By submitting your entry, you agree to the Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not submit your entry.

  2. Closing date is midnight on Friday the 16th of December 2022. All entries must be received by the advertised closing time and date. Late, incomplete, or corrupt entries will not be accepted.

  3. The competition is open to UK residents only (including residents of the Channel Islands and Isle of Man). Employees of The APF, as well as their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

  4. Entrants must be 18 or over to enter.

  5. Winners for each of the twelve prizes will be drawn at random.

  6. Selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.

  7. The winners will be notified in the week commencing the 19th of December 2022. If the winners cannot be contacted, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement.

  8. This competition is administered by The APF on behalf of the prize sponsors. Winners’ details will therefore be passed to the prize sponsors for the purpose of fulfilment. The APF accepts no responsibility for these subsequent arrangements.

  9. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.

  10. The prizes are not transferable.

  11. Personal data will be treated in accordance with current UK GDPR legislation and will not be shared with outside parties without the entrant’s prior consent.

  12. Events may occur that render the competition itself or the awarding of the prizes impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the APF, and accordingly the APF may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the APF as a result thereof.  The APF also reserves the right to cancel this competition or alter any of the rules at any stage.

  13. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter or any other social network.

  14. By entering, entrants will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these rules and The APF reserves the right to exclude any entry from the competition at any time and in its absolute discretion if the APF has reason to believe that an entrant has breached these rules.

  15. These rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
