Trimester 1, 2 & 3 Pilates Workout

This Pregnancy Pilates workout is for you if you are struggling to find that pelvic floor area. It happens to a lot of us. It's really common so we will take a lot of time and attention in this class to focus on it. This workout is suitable for all trimesters.

Make sure you have an exercise mat, a cushion / rolled up towel / block to help support you, comfy clothing (no shoes) and some water to hand. Once you have those things you are ready to go!
