Announcing Our Judges for The Active Pregnancy Foundation Awards 2025

The Active Pregnancy Foundation is delighted to announce the panel of judges for the highly anticipated APF Awards 2025. The judging panel brings together leading figures from the world of sport, health, and community engagement:
Born Barikor – Founder of Our Parks, pioneering accessible fitness opportunities for communities nationwide.
Lt. Col Elaine Walker MBE – Renowned for her leadership and dedication to promoting physical activity within the Armed Forces.
Dr Dane Vishnubala – Sports doctor and advocate for evidence-based approaches to health and fitness.
Kate Peers – Strategic Lead for Campaigns, Sport England, championing women's participation in sport and physical activity.
Sophie Power – Ultra runner and passionate advocate for maternal health and fitness.
The Awards
The APF Awards will honour excellence across 14 awards in four distinct categories: People, Places, Products & Programmes. Shortlisted nominees for the prestigious Women of the Year and Product of the Year awards will go forward to a public vote, allowing communities to celebrate and champion those making a difference.
